Discussed from two polar opposite points of view, Scott Hilditch is the CEO of 'Graffiti Hurts' a Melbourne based group that believes graffiti is an act of vandalism and a dangerous act to partake in, whilst 'Inst-ink' is a local tagger from Melbourne believes that graffiti is an art-form that needs to be promoted and encouraged.
